Erik Höglund Person Paperweight

A simplistic but characterful paperweight in the form of a person, designed by Erik Höglund for Boda, Sweden.

Höglund designed this series of paperweights in the mid 1950's. The collection consisted of 'people' in varying shapes and sizes. A few designs had applied arms, such as this, or buttons. All pieces in the series were produced for just a short time making them highly collectible.
