A carved teak salt & pepper mill in abstract form, designed by Jens Quistgaard for Dansk Designs, Denmark.

This tall 'ribbed' peppermill is one of the more playful designs in Quistgaard's circa 60 piece collection. The modernist 'stacked rings' design is so evocative of the 1960's, and like all of Quistgaard's mills, looks more like a work of art than your everyday kitchen tool.

Not only is the peppermill highly sculptural, designed to add a touch of artistry to the dining experience, it is completely practical & functions fantastically. Satisfying both these criteria was crucial for Quistgaard.
